In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "btd88", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the btd88 platform, its operators, and any authorised representatives.
• "Platform" — refers to the btd88 website accessible at https://btd88.bio, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services available thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the btd88 Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's account that have not been converted to bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required by btd88 before processing withdrawals.

By accessing the btd88 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with the btd88 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

To register and maintain an Account on btd88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of btd88 or its affiliated entities.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the btd88 Platform or had an Account closed by btd88 for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed at btd88's discretion. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. btd88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your Account. You must notify btd88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting [email protected].

btd88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or any activity that may cause harm to the Platform, other players, or third parties. In such cases, btd88 will communicate its decision to the registered email address on file.

All deposits made to a btd88 Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits funded from third-party accounts, anonymous prepaid instruments, or accounts belonging to another individual are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

btd88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside btd88's control and are the Player's sole responsibility. All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees may apply for payments made in foreign currencies.

Withdrawals from a btd88 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be approved.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by btd88's payments team.
• Any active Bonus Balance and associated wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal of Real Money Balance is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• btd88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 within a 30-day period.

btd88 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

btd88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed Account registration and KYC verification.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before Real Money Balance is used. Once all bonus funds are exhausted, Real Money Balance will be drawn.

All bets and wagers placed on the btd88 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet before confirmation. btd88 will not cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except in the following circumstances:

• A manifest pricing error has occurred on the sportsbook that is clearly inconsistent with prevailing market odds at the time of placement.
• A technical fault caused the bet to be accepted incorrectly or for a market that was suspended at the time of placement.
• The event to which the bet relates has been cancelled and no result can be determined.

For live casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live dealers operating under studio conditions. In the event of a network disconnection during a game round, the game will either continue to its natural conclusion and the result recorded, or the wager will be returned to the Player's account, depending on the stage of the game at which the disconnection occurred.

btd88 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, exploitation of software errors, or any form of cheating. Any winnings arising from such circumstances will not be paid and may be reclaimed if already credited.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the btd88 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Exploiting known software bugs, pricing errors, or loopholes in a systematic or deliberate manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider-information betting, or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in any section of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a third party to access, operate, or place bets on your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing btd88 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.

Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the express prior written consent of btd88. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and legal action.

• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any third-party payment processing delays, failures, or charges.
• Any inaccuracy in game information, odds, or market data that results from a technical error or data feed malfunction, where btd88 has acted in good faith to correct the error upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit btd88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents btd88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
